Andaman and Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences (ANIIMS) is a government medical college in Port Blair, India. The institution was founded in 2015 under a centrally sponsored scheme by the Indian government to enhance medical education and healthcare facilities in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The college offers an MBBS course with an intake capacity of 100-114 seats every year. The college aims to produce well-trained medical professionals who are capable of serving the island and coastal populations. The college is affiliated with the G.B. Pant Hospital, which functions as the primary referral hospital for the entire Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The hospital provides vast clinical experience to the students in various departments such as Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Emergency Medicine, among others.

The institution is playing an important role in enhancing healthcare facilities across the islands. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and experienced staff, the institution has become the first and most important medical college in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, providing quality education and healthcare services.
