The candidate is required to serve for a mandatory period of 2 years upon completion of the MBBS course. A discontinuation or failure to fulfill this service obligation will result in a penalty of ₹10,00,000. Additionally, all original certificates must be deposited at the time of admission. If the candidate fails to adhere to these conditions, both the Obligor and the Surety will be held liable for the penalty amount.
