All India Institute of Medical Sciences Raebareli is a premier government medical college located at Raebareli in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The medical college was established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana Scheme. The medical college was established to provide quality medical education and healthcare services to the population of Raebareli. The medical college is one of the new medical colleges established by the Government of India under the name of AIIMS. The medical college is affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Department of the Government of India.

The medical college offers undergraduate medical programs like MBBS along with nursing and other medical programs. The medical college has an intake of 100 students for the undergraduate program.
