Academic Eligibility
10+2 or equivalent: Must have completed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
Minimum Academic Score:

- OBC/SC/ST – 40% overall in PCB
- PwD – 45% overall in PCB
NEET UG 2026 Qualification:

08Step-by-Step Haryana MBBS Counselling Process 2026
To participate in obtaining an MBBS seat, follow these detailed steps:
- Registration
- Go to the official website of UHSR (uhsrugcounselling.com).
- Click on the registration button for MBBS/BDS Counselling 2026.
- Enter your NEET roll number, application number, and birth date.
- Set up the login information.
- Fill in all the appropriate personal, academic, and contact information.
- Pay the applicable fees
– General/EWS/OBC: ₹4000
– SC/ST/PwD: ₹1000
- Submit the registration form after you complete filling it out and receive your acknowledgement.
- Choice Filling
- Log into the counselling portal.
- Choose the colleges and courses that you want to apply for.
- Rank the list of choices according to preference (you can choose up to 50+).
- Be sure you carefully review your choices before locking in your selection.

- At the allocated college, you need to submit the original documents that were used to verify your eligibility; pay all admissions fees + any other associated fees incurred from enrollment; and,
- Complete all other enrollment actions (for example, “signing in” for campus activities). You will receive a formal “Confirmation of Enrollment” receipt for your records.
- Subsequent Rounds.
- If you are not happy with your choice you may apply again in the 2nd round
- If you wish to attain your most desirable options you may apply to upgrade your seat
- You may wish to float your existing place while also attempting to upgrade
- If you would like to accept your current choices, you may choose to freeze your seat
- A final round called the Stray Seat round will also be conducted to fill any seat that remains unassigned after the 2nd round

10Reservation Policy For Haryana MBBS Counselling 2026
State Quota Reservations
The Haryana MBBS reservation system includes 20% of the total number of seats reserved for SC (General and Deprived) categories. 13% of the total number of seats are reserved for BC-A category, while 14% are reserved for BC-B category. A further 10% of the total number of seats are reserved for EWS category applicants. In addition, a 5% horizontal reservation is available for PwD, with the remaining available number of seats classified as open.
